During the winter season from early November to late March it is our policy to monitor the weather using state of the art prediction systems in conjuntion with the Met office.
Each region of the country is monitored seperately with predictions relevant to each individual postcode. Where the forecast for your area is for the temperature to fall below zero we send you warnings by your preffered method, telephone fax email or text. In particular where ice on the roads are forecast or wet conditions with the potential for frost, these conditions would trigger alerts to be sent out. We then discuss with you your required course of action and implement your instructions that evening.
All our Gritting contracts are fullfilled on site after normal working hours to minimise disruption to your business.
We can also provide reactive response during the day should conditions require this.
